The steps below show how Rx Specialties works
with our clients from start to finish

Order Initiation

First time orders are faxed or sent electronically via e-prescribing into office, while existing routine maintenance orders are automatically filled.

Monitoring/Therapy Management

Extensive monitoring throughout the entire process prevents prescription duplication and possible harmful interactions with existing medications.

Communication

Staff, physicians, and responsible parties are continually updated throughout the process.

Delivery

We deliver all maintenance medications monthly of a predetermined day of the month. All new prescription orders will be delivered within 24 hours.

Reporting

We maintain an individual record of all medications dispensed including quantities and frequency of refills.

Billing

Electronic billing is done by our financial office on a monthly basis. All statements are itemized. Major insurance plans are accepted.
